Beyond posting a music video, I have not posted since May 24th.
That week, I drove to El Paso and picked Kate H. up at the airport & brought her home. She was to have been here a week, then go to their trailer when Mel got here. They accepted an offer to stay here, since Mel had only recently had hip replacement surgery.
On June 17th, the South Fork fire started and life changed.
Today is October 4, ‘24. My guest (and dog) may be going home tomorrow…for a trial run.
More will follow. I did not realize I’ve written so little about this last summer.
