I slept. And the morning is gorgeous. ..almost said sunrise, but I didn't get up (to stay) until 8:20. Most wonderful. Sleep has been on short supply.
I used the phone (gentler alarm) to wake us for the night-time meds; best sleep I've had since we got home.
However... I have a wife-sitter coming in just over an hour so I can go OUT to the grocery store and couple of errands. yeah!
And that means that for now, the practice of my Practice will have to wait for later in the day. That should be easy; there are no nurses or PT's or anything coming back today. I'll be back later to check in. See ya...
