Hello again; did you miss me?
I can't believe that the last time I was here was Dec. 6th! Wow.
I've been a busy little critter since that time.
It has seemed that this winter would be a great time to do some work on me. Since the house didn't sell and most of our 'toys' are in a storage unit in San Antonio, focusing on some spiritual studies and exploration seemed like a good idea.
It was - and still is.
What started out to be 'hanging out' with Barbara and helping with the Nov. 11th event, has turned into a major collaboration. I'm a combination of coach, computer giru, marketing wizard, coorespondence manager, and occasional cleaner of kitchen sinks. I am all-powerful and I change my title at will. (I love that part : ) )
The event was wonderful. That seems like a LOOONNNGGG time ago.
Since then, we've set up new email program, a broadcast email system, a new blog, are totally revamping the web site, and scheduling a new season of events and classes.
Additionally, I've started some private shamanic work with a mentor, Nancy, and participating in a wisdom circle that meets twice monthly. I'm still doing Tai Chi and a little yoga, and my beading work is going well. I've done most of the beading so far as gifts for friends, but Barbara is interested in carrying the malas in the shop at HMHC, so I've stepped up production a bit. Crystal suncatchers are a new line I'm adding, too. FUN!
Seems to me that Omnicrone is taking on more flesh & bones these days. It is very interesting, somewhat surprising, extremely educational, and empowering. I claim her name a lot more now, too.
I'm finding that the more I take on, the more I can do - spiritually speaking, of course. It's too early, and too private to say much about the shamanic work, yet, but that - and the things I'm learning from Barbara - healing touch, etc. - are changing some fundamental things that resonate from my core. Very, very interesting.
It is good to be back here. I skated dangerously near giving myself away to HMHC, but now that I've noticed I'm getting my days back into better balance. I won't leave you hanging out here so long next time.
